Insulation flame retardant, charging safety and more reliable material intrinsic electrical insulation, non-magnetic, non-conductive, no eddy current interference, with flame retardant modified formula, to meet the electrical safety standards of charging equipment; The one-piece molding structure with sealing design, waterproof and dustproof up to IP65–IP67, eliminating the hidden danger of short circuit caused by rainwater and sand and dust intrusion, and ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment.
Weather-resistant, long-term anti-corrosion, maintenance-free, resistant to acid and alkali, salt spray, moisture, ultraviolet rays and high and low temperatures (-40°C~120°C), no rust, no corrosion, not easy to age and crack, coastal, alpine, industrial corrosion environments can be used stably for a long time, the maintenance cost is much lower than that of the metal shell, and the service life is extended by more than 30%.

2. Full-process customization capabilities
Shape and structure customization: It supports the integrated design of complex curved surfaces, streamlined bodies, equipment cabin openings, access doors, heat dissipation air ducts, and cable interfaces, and can be molded according to the size of the vehicle 1:1 to fit the chassis and internal layout.
Size and precision control: mold production, controllable size tolerance ±1mm, uniform assembly gap, high fit, compatible with various charging cable mounts, display screens, indicator lights, and heat dissipation grille integration.
Appearance and logo customization: The surface is smooth and easy to paint, and it supports matte/glossy, corporate color, LOGO silk screen/lamination, and warning color customization, and it does not fade or peel off paint after long-term sun exposure, enhancing the brand image.
