Excellent impact resistance: Reinforced fiberglass plastics are resistant to certain impacts, reducing the risk of damage in the event of a collision. Process flow Material preparation: Select the right glass fibers, resins and additives to ensure that the quality of the material meets the production requirements. Mold making: The mold for making the hood is usually made of metal or other durable materials to ensure that the surface of the mold is smooth to improve the quality of the finished product. Layer: The glass fiber is evenly laid in the mold, usually divided into multiple layers, to enhance strength and toughness. Resin pouring: The pre-formulated resin is poured evenly onto the glass fiber of the laying layer, ensuring that the resin penetrates into each layer. Curing: Place the mold in a curing box and heat or cure naturally to ensure that the resin is fully cured. Demould: After curing is complete, carefully remove the finished product from the mold. Post-processing: Sand, spray and inspect the hood to ensure a smooth and fault-free surface.
